PDF Manager
With the PDF Manager, you can view or present your PDF, rearrange your pages, add or delete pages, and export your PDF. The PDF Manager will soon become a staple of your design practice; whether you work in architecture, DIY design, interior design, landscape design, or beyond.
How to Manage Your PDFs
Step 1. The PDF Manager
Tap the PDF Manager button to view and edit all of your PDF pages.
Step 2. View Your PDF
Scroll through Single-Page Mode or toggle to Grid Mode at the top to see all of your pages at once.

Pro Tip
Set the size of your thumbnails by adjusting the slider or pinching the screen.
Step 3. Reorder Pages
Press and hold a page until it pops up. Then, drag the page to change its order.
Step 4. Edit Your PDF
If you tap "Edit", you can add new pages by tapping the Add Page icon on the bottom. To duplicate, move, or delete pages, first select the page or pages. Then, tap the Duplicate, Move To... or Delete button on the bottom.
Pro Tip
You can also export selected pages. First tap "Edit". Then, select the pages that you want to share, and tap the Export button at the bottom. Learn more about PDF export here >
Step 5. Pick a New Page
Double-tap another page to mark it up in your drawing space.
