Merge
A major advantage of drawing with the best drawing app is that you can always merge your layers by moving your drawings from one layer to another. Right now, you can merge layers by moving or copying drawings from one layer to another using the Lasso tool.
How to Merge Layers by Copying from One Layer to Another
Step 1. Open Lasso Tool
Tap the Lasso button to enter selection mode.

Step 2. Select Your Layer
In the layer toolbar, double-tap the Layer you want to copy from to set it as the active layer.
Step 3. Select Your Drawing
Choose a Selection Mode and select the drawing you want to copy.

Pro Tip
You can ONLY select drawings made in Trace. You cannot select an image, drawing, or PDF underlays that are imported into Trace.
Step 4. Select Other Layer
Double tap on the Layer that you want to move the drawing to. You'll see the layer preview is updated to confirm that your drawing has moved to the other layer.
Step 5. Confirm & Exit
To confirm your drawing move, tap outside of your selection. Then, tap the Lasso button to return to drawing mode.
