Manage TracePro Subscription
Why Subscriptions? At Morpholio, our goal is to always continue to add and improve features, while still keeping TracePro affordable for as many people as possible. Thus, based on your many requests, we offer a multiple subscription options. This allows everyone from beginners with a single project to pros with unlimited work to enjoy the app at an affordable rate. Instead of an expensive one-time license, the subscription model gives everyone access to continuously updating professional design software at a fraction of the cost. This also allows users to get only the tools and features they need and, if they desire, can always upgrade their subscription over time.
In addition, one subscription will now give users full access across all their devices. With TracePro, your subscription not only gives you both iPhone and iPad together, you'll also have access to updates, new tools, community events, special educational tools, and personal email support whenever you run into a challenge.
This section below will help you understand, access and manage your subscription made though the Apple App Store to meet any of your specific needs.
Important Note
All billing and subscription info is controlled and managed by Apple. Also, all of your subscription auto-renewal information is always visible and available through your Apple ID profile in the Apple Settings app. If you have any questions or concerns about billing or subscription auto-renews, please get in touch directly with Apple as Morpholio does not have access to any of your financial or subscription information.
How to Manage Your TracePro Subscription
Follow the steps below to view, manage, or cancel your subscription on your iPad or iPhone.
Step 1. Get Your Subscription on all Devices
Your subscription is accessible on any iOS device that you are logged into the same Apple ID with.

Step 2. Open the Settings App
Your subscription is managed by Apple and can be accessed in the Settings app. It is not managed in the Morpholio Trace app.
Step 3. Tap Your Name
Tap on Your Photo or Name to access your Apple ID account information.
Step 4. Tap Subscriptions
Tap "Subscriptions" to see and manage your subscriptions.
Step 5. Manage Your Trace Subscription
Tap on "Morpholio Trace" to view, manage, or cancel your Trace subscription autorenewal.
Important Note
Terminating your subscription and terminating your Morpholio account are separate and unique processes. Termination of your subscription is not a termination of your Morpholio account which must be done separately.
Step 6. Get Additional Help from Apple if Needed
If you need additional help or refund for your purchase, you will need to reach out to Apple directly. Morpholio does not have access to any of your financial information to issue a refund.
Important Note
All subscriptions or purchases made via the Apple App Store can only be managed or terminated by you through Apple and your Apple ID. Morpholio has no ability to manage, cancel, terminate, control, or refund or in any way adjust or modify your subscription for you.
